We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing all aspects of the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and personnel management. The Hotel Manager will ensure that our hotel runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably, while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and personnel management.
- Manage and motivate the hotel staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
- Monitor and manage the hotel’s financial performance, including revenue management, cost control, and budgeting.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
- Ensure that the hotel meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on the hotel’s performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests, staff, and vendors.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the hospitality industry.
